PHASE ONE

Discovering your project

  1. 01/ Inquiry

    Tell us about your space, project scope, location, and desired timeline. Our studio will review your inquiry and respond within one to two business days.

  2. 02/ Initial Consultation

    We establish the scope, assess the space, and begin developing the creative direction for your project.

  3. 03/ On-Site Consultation

    Allison visits your space to better understand its needs, discuss your priorities, and begin identifying the opportunities within the space.

PHASE TWO

Defining the direction

  1. 04/ Fee Proposal

    Following the consultation, you will receive a customized proposal outlining the project scope, design services, fees, and next steps.

  2. 05/ Site Assessment

    We establish the scope, assess the space, and begin developing the creative direction for your project.

PHASE THREE

Developing the design

  1. 06/ Concept Development

    We begin shaping the creative direction through layouts, materials, finishes, furnishings, and the details that will define the overall feeling of the space.

  2. 07/ Design Presentation

    We present the design as a whole and walk you through how each recommendation works within the space. From there, we gather your feedback and refine the details before moving forward.

PHASE FOUR

Bringing it all together

  1. 08/ Procurement

    Once the design is approved, we manage purchasing, vendor communication, order tracking, shipping, and delivery coordination.

  2. 09/ Installation

    We coordinate delivery and installation, then arrange and style the approved furnishings and details throughout the space.

  3. 10/ Final Walkthrough

    We complete a final walkthrough, address any finishing details, and professionally photograph the completed space.
